SHIPPING

All orders will be shipped out via USPS 1-5 business days from purchase unless otherwise stated via a banner on the website. Please make sure the shipping address is error-free as refunds will not be issued to orders with incorrect address information.

International shipping is available starting at $13+ and is based on weight. Taxes and tariffs set by the receiving country are the customer's responsibility. International orders may take up to 21 days based on customs. Please note due to higher volumes during the holidays it may take longer.

USA Media Mail is a cheaper shipping option for BOOKS and HOME PRODUCTS only. Unfortunately you can not use this shipping method if you purchase anything other than BOOKS and HOME PRODUCTS. Media Mail takes about 7 business days to be delivered.

RETURNS

​

Crystals are created by Mother Earth with no two exactly the same. With that in mind, I want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of receipt for items that are unworn and in the original packaging. Shipping returned items back is the responsibility of the customer and only refunds for products will be given.

You are welcome to share byWilkes photos on your Instagram and other social sites as long as clickable credit is clearly given in the caption. Every photo posted on this website and social media is protected and is the property of byWilkes.

I take great pride in offering low prices on quality products all year round. Coupon codes are only active once a year around the holidays. Occasionally you will find sale prices marked on individual items online.

As with any business, my list of suppliers is proprietary information. It takes an enormous amount of time + dedication to craft such a list. However, it is 100% possible and I wish you all the best in finding the right suppliers for you and your business.

Country of origin information is shared on product listings when available.

CRYSTAL SAFETY

There are over 4,500 different minerals in the world and even more combinations of those minerals. Always be sure to do your research when you add a new crystal to your collection so you know how to properly handle it. Some crystals naturally contain toxic elements and it is advised that you wash your hands after use. Example: Malachite contains copper, but so do pennies, so use your own discretion and create a safety practice that works for you.

All jewelry orders come with a gift bag. If you would like separate gift bags please leave a note at the end of your order in the comment section.
